Privacy Policy

Tennis Journey helps players save tennis sessions and memories. Depending on what you choose to record, this can include dates, duration, selected court and its location, partners, scores, feelings, reflections, performance notes, equipment, and string setups. Photos attached to historical Journeys can remain part of those records. Apple Watch sessions can also include workout duration, heart rate, and active energy when you grant Health access.

Tennis Journey uses a verified email account to save your profile, tennis records, gear setups, friend relationships, notifications, and sharing preferences to cloud sync. Feedback you send can include your message, optional contact details, and basic device information needed to diagnose the issue.

If you choose nearby-court discovery, the app sends precise coordinates to retrieve nearby tennis courts. When you save a selected court in a Journey, its name, address, and coordinates can also be saved with that record and synced to your account. Historical Journey photos can also remain in synced records. Push notification delivery uses a device installation identifier and push token.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for cross-app tracking. Production product analytics is disabled. Operational diagnostics may process app version, device and operating-system details, language, request route, and error information to keep the service reliable; we do not intentionally include reflections, friend messages, court names, or photos in diagnostics.

Friend features only use real Tennis Journey accounts that users choose to add. Shared Memory is created only through the sharing choices shown in the app. Private Journeys, private notes, and personal reflections are not shown to friends. Comments and reactions you add to a Shared Memory are visible to its eligible participants.

A Shared Memory invitation does not make your private Journey public. Participation and explicitly shared Perspectives are separate from private notes, and Shared Memory access depends on session authorization rules.

You can sign out, clear local device data, reset Journey data, or delete your account and associated cloud data from the account area in the app. Account deletion removes your profile, Journeys, authored Perspectives, comments, reactions, notifications, learning-derived data, push devices, and stored photos. A shared factual match may remain for another accepted participant, but your authored content and identifying profile are removed. A non-identifying deletion receipt may be retained. Sign in with Apple authorization revocation is attempted after account deletion. If revocation cannot be completed, the app asks you to remove Tennis Journey authorization in your Apple Account settings.
